- BAK CHANG - HOW TO MAKE THIS DELICIOUS DUMPLINGS FILLED WITH CHUNKS OF MEAT MARINATED IN PEPPERED AROMATIC SAUCE WITH CHESTNUT, MUSHROOM, ENCLOSED IN FRAGRANT GLUTINOUS RICE.
- HOW TO MAKE A SOFT & FRAGRANT ANG KU KUEH AND HOW TO MAKE THE FILLING FROM SCRATCH.
- HOW TO MAKE AND FRY THE GLUTINOUS RICE BALLS TO MAKE IT CRUNCHY ON THE OUTSIDE AND SOFT ON THE INSIDE.
