Delivery
1. Delivery within Singapore is chargeable at $15 for orders below $150.
2. Free Home Delivery to just about anywhere in Singapore with minimum purchase $150.
3. Delivery surcharge is non-negotiable.
4. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and we endeavor to deliver within the selected delivery timing.
5. Delivery timing during festive seasons are subject to change. (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Christmas - whole day unless otherwise stated)
6. All special instructions for delivery must be made clear during placement of orders.
7. To ensure our drivers' safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Order
1. Please place your orders at least 10 working days ahead from the date required. This is to facilitate for preparation and checking of stocks availability. To check your order's availability, you may call us @ 9426 9945.
2. Full payment must be made upon point of delivery or collection. We reserve the right to decline delivery or collection of order should the customer refuse to pay.
