BAKE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL PASTRY CHEF!! (100% HANDS ON WORKSHOP)

You will be making   1)  Japanese Cheese Cake
                                2)  Deep Fried Bun coated with breadcrumbs ( 3 types of fillings)
                                3)  Hazelnut Rosettte (one of my bestseller during festive season)
You will be taught on faults and remedies on baked cheese cakes such as lumpy texture, cracks on surface,
texture too soft after baking...how to rectify these..
If you have ever had bad experiences when making cheesecakes, buns and cookies...this is the time to change all that.
Class size will be kept minimal (8 person only)..for better and closer interactions between students and trainer.
Workshop fee : S$97/-
Early Bird discount : S$87 ( to register & pay by 15/01/12)
Buddy discount  : S$77   (to register & pay by 15/01/12)(includes mother/father and teenage child)

Workshop fee includes : recipes, light meal & refreshments, ingredients, all equipments and machines used.
Please bring your apron, containers, camera, pen and baking note book.

## If a student were to attend 9 lessons, she/he will enjoy the 10th lesson for free.
